Our Newborn Care Specialists (NCS) are professionally trained and certified in newborn care and are CPR certified. Each Newborn care specialists are carefully selected and completes a comprehensive background check and meets our standards for professionalism, safety, and quality of care.
The health and safety of the families we serve are a top priority. Our NCS team members are fully vaccinated, including Tdap, seasonal Flu, and COVID-19 vaccinations, helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for newborns and their families.
From overnight newborn care and feeding support to soothing, newborn routines, sleep support, and postpartum support, our team is here to provide knowledgeable and nurturing care to each family’s needs.

Founded by Monique Granger, a passionate caregiver originally from the beautiful island of Jamaica, whose lifelong love for infants, and dedication to nurturing newborns for over 13 years, have inspired the creation of this company, Gentle Hands was built from a deep commitment to helping families feel supported, confident, and cared for during one of life’s most delicate transitions.
